Ryan Middleton


Ryan Middleton is an attorney, entrepreneur, and field representative to United States Senator Ben Cardin. Ryan represents Senator Cardin in Prince George’s County, keeping the Senator abreast of the needs of his constituents and liaising between the Hill and local officials. Aside from his work in the Senate, Ryan co-founded the Maryland-based subscription box company, mybestbox (http://MYBESTBOX.COM), which specializes in delivering health and wellness products to subscribers on a monthly basis. Ryan serves as counsel to the company and facilitated numerous brand partnerships with both local companies and large conglomerates. In 2016, Mybestbox was awarded “Best Entrepreneur” at Kevin Plank’s Cupid’s Cup Competition and won $125,000 in funding from the Abell Foundation’s AccelerateBaltimore business incubator. Ryan continues to foster brand partnerships in the mybestbox team’s new venture: Jetpack (http://www.letsjetpack.co).

A Prince George’s County native, Ryan is active locally, having served on the executive board of the J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association and as a big brother in Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Ryan also obtained the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America in the County. In 2014, Ryan managed now-Delegate Erek Barron’s campaign to the Maryland General Assembly.

In 2010, Ryan graduated with a BA in psychology from Cornell University, and graduated with honors from Michigan State University College of Law in 2013. Ryan is a Fall 2008 initiate of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. at Cornell University.
