Brandon Howell


Brandon Howell is a mentor and a life changer for the youth throughout Prince George’s County and Montgomery and internationally. Howell is passionate about youth, while assisting them academically to obtain full-ride athletic scholarships through his 501(c) nonprofit called Beyond Belief Program (BPP).

BBP was established in 2008 to assist inner-city youth student athletes academically and athletically. BBP has grown tremendously within the past eight years and touched the lives of more than seventy-five student athletes. Howell’s career within the community spans more than eight years in helping student athletes fulfill their dreams and aspirations on performing athletically in prep, junior college, and division 1–2 programs. Howell is a paraeducator at Francis Scott Key Middle School and works in Silver Spring, Maryland.

A native of York, Alabama, Howell obtained a bachelor’s degree in communications from Johnson C. Smith University/Frostburg State University in 2007.
