Rushane Jones, budget manager for the Department of the Environment for Prince George’s County, Maryland, is a young man who believes that every day is another day to get it right. He hopes that his impact on tomorrow is greater because of the strides he makes today.
Jones takes his dedication to business and professionalism into the community through various mentorships. He is a rehabilitation coordinator with Arms’ Reach, LLC, where he works with at-risk youth to provide therapeutic mentoring services. He also serves as the coordinator for the Sigma Beta Club of the Omicron Delta Sigma Chapter of Southern Maryland (an affiliate of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.). Jones works with this group of young men to develop the next generation of leaders. He is and always will be a man about business.
Jones is originally from Mount Olive, North Carolina. Since coming to Prince George’s County, he has worked in various departments, each time bringing innovative ideas and a positive work ethic to help support and improve the areas in which he worked.
