Jay Perry started his own company while still in college. Pavement Corporation, cure located in Fort Washington, now has nearly 50 employees, overseeing pavement repair and maintenance projects throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia, Delaware, Virginia, and West Virginia. Pavement Corporation serves the commercial, municipal, and residential markets.
In 2014, the company was chosen to participate in the prestigious Maryland Industrial Partnerships (MIPS) program in conjunction with the University of Maryland to archive and accelerate the use of infrared asphalt repair technology. Pavement Corporation is also a portfolio company for Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO), because of its cutting-edge asphalt repair technology.
As a lifelong resident of Prince George’s County, Perry is a graduate of Gwynn Park High School and Elon University. He resides in Brandywine with his wife and three children. He coaches Little League and is the former youth group leader for Christ Church Accokeek. In addition, he is a long-time leader in the governing body of Christ Church. Jay is also the current Prince George’s County Crime Solvers board president.
