Holli R. Rice
Holli R. Rice is a dynamic professional with more than 12 years of experience, specializing in human capital and change management strategies for major federal clients. She is presently a manager in the federal human capital practice for Deloitte Consulting LLP based out of Rosslyn, Virginia. In this capacity, she has demonstrated success in leading and executing high-profile projects that build client capabilities and meet workforce goals. A former federal career Intern, Rice made the switch to industry after serving four years as a full-time federal government employee. During her time at Deloitte Consulting, she has served in a number of capacities, from leading major communications and change management campaigns for high-profile clients, to serving in an advisory and operational role as the chief of staff to federal leadership.
With a passion for building others and professional development, she has led many recruitment efforts to develop and retain a talented workforce, working alongside area schools, such as George Washington University, Georgetown University, Johns Hopkins University, University of Maryland, and the University of Virginia. Additionally, she often presents at local universities to discuss topics such as diversity in the workforce and how to reach professional goals.
A native of Madison Heights, Virginia, Rice received a bachelor of arts degree in government from the University of Virginia in 2002. She received her master of business administration (MBA) degree with a focus in organizational development/human resources management from Trinity University in 2005.
