Ashleigh Renee Holmes

Ashleigh Renee Holmes is the executive director of Designing for a Cure Inc. and the owner and designer of A. Renee Fashion. She graduated with a master’s degree in business administration from University of Maryland, University College, and has a bachelor’s degree in fashion design from Marymount University. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. she loves to help uplift her community and help nurture and grow her philanthropic and business goals.

Designing for a Cure Inc. (DFC) was founded in 2010 by Holmes and two of her peers. DFC’s mission is to spread awareness and increase support of rare incurable diseases through artistic means. Reaching to fulfill its mission, DFC works with local associations to help provide education and information for its community.

A. Renee Fashion was started in 2007 as a fashion line and developed into a company, with its launch in October 2013. Specializing in women and men’s sportswear, formal wear and jewelry, A. Renee loves to dress people in clothes that fit their personalities. A. Renee Fashion has participated in Maryland Fashion Week (2011), Small Boutique Fashion Week (2012), Plitz Fashion Week (2013), Miami Metropolitan International Fashion Week (2013), and other shows throughout the United States.
