Kendell Renee Kelly, Esq is a Prince George’s County native and proudly credits our public schools with her educational foundation. After matriculating through the science & technology program at Oxon Hill High School, Ms. Kelly received a B.S. in General Science from Spelman College, a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. Now, a lawyer and business strategist focusing on “Lifestyle Law”, Kendell has practiced in all areas of intellectual property, entertainment and new media law.

In private practice, Kendell advises her clients on a variety of legal matters ranging from domain-name disputes to brand protection to business formation and dissolution. Formerly Assistant General Counsel of Ocean Tomo, LLC – the first Intellectual Property Merchant banc, Kendell Renee was responsible for supporting the firm’s IP Private Sales, Auctions and Corporate Finance businesses. Kendell is also a sought after public speaker who has been featured in US News & Word Report, Crain’s Chicago Business Report, Uptown Magazine, and Metro Mix. Ms. Kelly is a Red Cross volunteer, on boards for several organizations and a mentor.
