Brittany Holley Anderson


With a passion for motivation and inspiration, Brittany Holley Anderson has dedicated her career to ensuring the growth of others. A lifelong resident of Prince George’s County, she invests time enhancing individuals professionally across the community in which she resides. Brittany attended Bowie State University and majored in psychology. During her collegiate experience she felt the need to impact others on the foundations of professional leadership. She was called to become the Youth Programs Coordinator at a non-profit organization called The Training Source, Inc., located in Seat Pleasant, MD. Brittany now serves as a workforce development instructor at The Training Source, Inc., where she teaches adults professional etiquette and Microsoft Office Applications in order to enhance their career goals in life.

Additionally, Brittany coordinates and facilitates the Prince George’s County Youth Leadership Program, in which she helps local high school students become exceptional leaders through life skills training and career planning. She also works with PGCPS under the Transitioning Youth Program partnership, where she is the instructor for developmentally disabled high school graduates transitioning into gainful employment.

Brittany is passionate about helping others see their full potential and take important steps to reach their next phase in life. At the age of 24, Brittany continues to help others forge success through life goal planning. With her “Engineered for Excellence” talent and drive, Brittany knows that she is on the right path to making huge contributions and changes in the lives of others.
