Being the first in his family to graduate from college, he earned two degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park, a bachelor’s in Arts & Humanities (Communication) and a bachelor’s in Behavioral and Social Sciences (Government & Politics). Sammy later attained his master’s in Professional Studies in Technology Entrepreneurship from his alma mater.
